How do I shop at Airgrounds.com?

Enter our store and browse at your leisure from the comfort of your own home. Follow the links at the top of the screen to the sections you fancy and peruse our fantastic range.
If you like the look of anything simply click on the 'Add To Cart' button and it will be added to your cart (you can always remove it later!).
You may check the contents of your basket at any time by clicking 'View Basket' and you also have the option to remove items from your basket.

What are my payment options?

For your convenience, you may shop at AirGrounds using any major debit or credit card. We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, American Express, Switch and Switch Solo.
Please note we are unable to accept Visa Electron.
Credit card details entered into our secure servers are verified within seconds and are not stored by us.

Is it safe to enter my credit card details online?

We use 1024 bit encryption to transmit your details to our bank servers, and as your card is verified and debited instantly we do not store card details - online or off-line, giving you total piece of mind.

Why wont AirGrounds accept my credit / debit card?

There are several reasons that could result in you getting an error from our card processing server.

The most likely reason is that we are unable to accept your credit card. We are unable to accept Visa Electron (these require signatures and it's therefore not possible to use them online) and JCB. Other than these two, we accept ALL other major credit and debit cards.

Another reason is that your card is currently up to it's limit. As our transactions are all carried out in real time, our servers verify that your card has enough credit on it to cover your order and debit your card immediately. If this is the case, please try an alternative card.

If you get a timeout or similar error, it may be that you have hit our website at an unusually busy time. Our server is capable of accepting up to 50 cards per second but sometimes, it does get VERY busy, simply wait a few seconds and retry.

I don't have a credit / debit card, can I still place an order with you?

Of course you can! If you don't have a credit / debit card or are having any problems placing your order online, we can accept mail order too!

Simply pop the details of your order (order codes, descriptions and quantities) onto a piece of paper along with your name, address and a cheque / postal order made payable to 'Caperdi Trading Ltd' to:

At present AirGrounds delivers to:
United Kingdom, France, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Iceland, Irish Republic, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

How much will delivery cost me?

First class recorded delivery is FREE on all UK orders over £30. Smaller UK orders will incur a small £3.50 delivery fee.*

We also offer Special Delivery which guarantees next working day delivery for mainland UK. This is charged at £7.50. Order over £75 are sent via Special Delivery FREE! (Please note that orders must be received before 3pm to warrant a next working day guarantee.)

Shipping to Europe is FREE for orders over £50. Smaller European orders incur a £9.50 delivery charge to cover European Airmail.

How quickly will I get my order?

We appreciate that you are excited about your order so we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 12 hours of you placing them.

Standard UK delivery is by Royal Mail 1st Class. This usually takes 1-2 days from dispatch but please allow up to 10 days for any postal delays.

If you are in a rush for your order you may wish to consider UK Special Delivery. Orders placed before 3pm are guaranteed before noon the very next day (Mon - Fri only, UK mainland).

Can I have my order delivered to an alternative address?

Certainly!

We understand that some customers may want us to deliver a parcel as a present or maybe that you wont be at your own home to accept delivery. We can easily deliver presents to your friends or maybe your order to your works address or elsewhere where you are able to accept delivery.

Simply go to the the checkout as normal when you have finished browsing our catalogue. On the first page, choose the country. Then, fill in the name and address that your credit/debit card is registered to. At the bottom, click the box 'If you want to ship the purchase to an address other than the invoice address'. On the following page fill in the delivery name and address.

Then, fill out your payment details and we will dispatch your order to the delivery address you specify.

The confirmation email you will recieve from out payment processors WILL NOT contain the delivery address details, please do not be alarmed by this - if you filled in the form, it will be delivered where you requested.

What if I'm not in to receive my parcel?

Usually your Royal Mail will require you to be at home to receive your parcel either because it is to big to fit through your letterbox or because it requires a signature. If you are not at home for whatever reason when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will post a card through your letterbox advising you that your parcel is ready for collection at your local post office. Simply take the card (within 7 days) to your post office to collect your goods.
If this is inconvenient, you may choose to have your parcel delivered to an alternative address than your own, be it a friends address or your work address.

If you are not present to accept your parcel and you do not collect it within 7 days from your local Post Office, it is returned to our warehouse; there is an additional postage charge of £3.50 if you require it to be sent out to you again.

I've changed my mind! I want to cancel my order.

As credit cards are billed automatically at the time you place the order and goods are always dispatched within 12 hours.
If you manage to cancel your order before it has left our warehouse, there will be a 15% restocking fee charged. This is to cover the costs we have already incurred in processing your credit card.

Will my order carry a guarantee?

If any item is damaged on receipt we will happily exchange it for for you. You must return the product to us within 7 days of receipt.
For your own piece of mind, we recommend items returned are sent back using Recorded Delivery and should include a brief letter outlining the problem and containing your name, address and order number.

Does AirGrounds offer wholesale to other businesses?

We carry huge stocks of all of our product lines in our warehouse here in the UK and as well as retail we do offer wholesale to other shops and websites. These are subject to minimum order levels - please contact us on 0845 120 2438 to discuss.
